Replacement Tickets

If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, please contact:

support@ignitertickets.com

For damaged or destroyed E-tickets, please reprint them by logging in to your account.

Rescheduled or Cancelled Events

In the case that an event is cancelled, we will notify you by email, and refund your purchase accordingly. Shipping costs, if applicable, cannot be refunded.
